AI / ML Engineer
We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to build highly scalable, data-driven artificial intelligence systems that advance our predictive automation capabilities and can handle large-scale data and model deployments. The candidate should be highly skilled in statistics and programming, with the ability to confidently assess, analyze, and organize large amounts of data. The candidate should also be able to execute tests and optimize models for high-throughput environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and software development and will work closely with our product, data science, and engineering teams to develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models that meet the demands of enterprise-scale solutions.

you’ll be responsible for—
- Designing and developing machine learning models that can scale to massive datasets and handle high volumes of real-time data.
- Optimizing and improving the performance of existing machine learning models, including enhancing models for latency, throughput, and memory efficiency to handle large-scale deployments.
- Implementing and maintaining highly scalable and fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Building and deploying machine learning models on distributed cloud platforms, leveraging auto-scaling and real-time data processing capabilities.
- Processing and analyzing petabyte-scale datasets, extracting valuable insights, and creating features that drive model performance.
- Conducting model training, validation, and performance evaluation to ensure models meet the required accuracy and reliability in large-scale production environments.
- Developing A/B testing frameworks and managing the deployment of models in production.

you need—
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in AI and Machine Learning as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a similar role.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, or similar languages.
- Proficiency with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc., and experience with NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Extensive experience with scaling AI/ML models and data pipelines across distributed systems in the cloud.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploying models in production, including auto-scaling and serverless architectures.
- Experience handling large-scale data streams, real-time processing systems, and high concurrency environments.
- Experience with data preprocessing, data wrangling, and data visualization.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
